For critical items—microorganisms, heavy metals, and active ingredients—method validation, personnel authorization, and equipment calibration are required.
  4. Electronic traceability system. Enterprises shall connect to the national electronic traceability system for food additives and upload real-time data on raw material procurement, production processes, finished product testing, and sales, ensuring traceability of sources and destinations as well as effective risk control.
